About the Role: We are looking for an Americas Marketing Leader to join our Gore Medical team. The Regional Marketing Leader for the Americas is responsible for overseeing the integration of all marketing activities and resources within the region. This role involves developing a regional strategic plan that identifies and executes commercial growth opportunities, including geographic expansions and efficiency projects, while maintaining a comprehensive view of the customer and market. The leader ensures alignment across various marketing functions, provides direction to both Regional BG Marketing Leaders and Regional Product Specialist Leaders, and manages operations planning and resource allocation to optimize regional performance

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our Phoenix 2 facility in Phoenix, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional strategic plan to include identification and execution of commercial growth opportunities
  • Drive and collaborate on regional non-BG specific growth or profit improvement initiatives (Geographic expansion, growth adjacencies, efficiency projects)
  • Develop holistic customer and market view
  • Ensure functional alignment across marketing including shared marketing resources (Marcom, Events, etc.)
  • Provide leadership to the Regional BG Marketing Leaders and set business priorities for the regional functional marketing leaders
  • Partner with the Product Specialist Functional Leader to set business priorities for the Regional PS Leaders to deliver the Regional goals
  • Drive Ops planning and resourcing for shared marketing teams
  • Drive prioritization and resource allocation to maximize regional performance
  • Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and acts immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field
  • Proven track record and expertise in marketing and marketing related business
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing people
  • Strong product life cycle management and portfolio roadmap planning experience
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Open-minded, curious, with a keen learning mindset; embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, approximately 25 to 45%
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced Engineering/Science degree
  • A minimum of 10 years leading teams
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing (includes product management)
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and expertise in developing marketing automation programs
  • Proven track record of and a minimum 12 years of marketing experience in marketing strategy, planning, research, and communications
