Loan Operations Administrator 2 (Servicing)

What you'll do:

The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.

What we are looking for:

  • Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.

  • Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.

  • Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments

  • Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.

  • Preparation of GL entries as required.

  • Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.

  • Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduation or GED and 5 - 7 years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations

  • Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred

  • Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred

  • Strong time management/organizational skills preferred

  • Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $69,600.00 - $85,647.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
