Position Overview | Teach one section of ASLA 1001 in the Fall and one section of ASLA 1001, 1002, or 1003 in the Spring; course load dependent on the Department's needs and enrollments. |
Duties and Responsibilities | Attend to students' needs and provide regular course assessment. Be available to work together with the other ASL faculty member. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the course, including course preparation from a draft that will be provided; grading exams and papers. Must maintain a minimum of 1 office hour per course each week. |
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree. |
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Proof of teaching or work experience, Masters degree or substantial progress toward a terminal degree in ASL or related fields. |
