SUMMARY
This position works within a broad Wealth Management team environment in support of a differentiated experience for retirement plan client relationships. The role requires strong teamwork, relationship building and communication skills. This position is responsible for overseeing retirement plan administration and recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with legal documents, reporting requirements and government regulations, and policies. The position will require effective communication of plan benefits to sponsors and participants alike.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to six years in Retirement Plan administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel is required.
OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in meetings and /or presentations. Ability to work well within a team environment is critical. Ability to build strong client relationships is critical. Must have good project management and organization skills. Ability to properly prioritize work loads and remains adaptable under pressure. Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills. Must be organized and self-starter. Knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Power Point are essential for success in this position. Knowledge and experience with qualified retirement plans will be necessary in this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $63,768 to $105,217 per year (in CO), and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
