We are a reputable international real estate firm with a strong presence in Abu Dhabi. Our Project and Development Services (PDS) team is responsible for delivering high-quality construction and project management services to our clients. We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of various projects in Abu Dhabi.

Position Overview:As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our PDS team in executing projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is only open to Emirati Nationals, as it aligns with our commitment to promoting local talent and contributing to the development of the Abu Dhabi community.
Responsibilities:Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within the designated time frame and budget.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.

Assist in managing project deliverables, including project schedule, budget, and quality control.

Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Support in reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.

Provide support in resolving project-related conflicts or disputes to maintain a positive working environment.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to project management.


Qualifications and Skills:Emirati National with a valid UAE passport and family book.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience in project management or construction management.

Familiarity with construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations in Abu Dhabi.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Project or similar project management software.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability.

Knowledge of sustainability practices and their application in construction projects is desirable.

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
