FAST: Respond quicklyEASY: Don't complicate thingsFUN: Be a great day maker**Please note: This role requires an individual who resides in Phoenix, AZ, but is willing to travel regularly throughout our Southwest territory (Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, El Paso, Las Vegas) as needed.Essential Functions:Coordinate measure appointmentsCommunicate and gather required information from the Phoenix Regional Sales RepSchedule the measure with the provided contactPrepare all required paperwork, tools and transportationCoordinate field issue appointments:Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issueSchedule with the provided contactPrepare all required paperwork, tools and transportationPerform field support requirementsPhotographing the RTU in questionCapturing all required dimensionsNote any obstructions, special features, etc.Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.Document measure and field issues details:Create a drawing using the captured dimensionsUpload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job trackerInform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work.PERFORMANCE MEASURESEmbraces and promotes CDI valuesIn general, is responsible for accurately performing the functions of all field support tasks.Customer satisfaction**This role is 90% on the road as this individual will be regularly traveling to job sites both locally and within our region.
Requirements
