Job Description
Job Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of working in an event marketing or sponsorship (partner) marketing role

* 5+ years of industry experience with Exhibitor Resource Centers, and other event technology

* 5+ Years project / program management experience

* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

* Experience using Airtable, Rainfocus, Tableau, Zendesk, Marketo and GoToWebinar

* Strong written and verbal communication and an expert in using PowerPoint and Excel to build engaging presentation decks and reports

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required experience.
