Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri's DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Along side Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here's what being a part of our authentic crew entails:
- Greet guests; ensure the table is clean and prepared with utensils, and other needs have been provided
- Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner
- Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to guests satisfaction
- Collect plates and clears the table as guest finish their meals
- Prepares guests checks and collect payment
- Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
Qualifications
- Previous Server or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
- Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequently ascend/descend stairs
