Job Description
Overview

Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Perform process mining in order to create technical documentation required for automation development. Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation. Provide guidance with process design, develop, and test automation workflows and build process and end-user documentation. Deploy RPA components including virtual robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools along with supporting the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Collaborate with and overlook development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions along with appropriate data management of the process. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes, along with scripting languages in order to create and maintain new/current scripts utilized in RPA BOTs such as VB Scripts, PowerShell and Python. Work within an automation ecosystem creating automations bringing multiple fragmented process flows together into one streamlined end to end process. Provide expertise in automation across multiple architectures using UX, API, Database, Terminal, File (txt/csv), on premises, cloud and SaaS. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $119,900 - $146,200 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.

Position requires:

1. Analytical, project management; and troubleshooting skills;
2. Experience implementing Robotic Process Automation technologies, specifically Automation Anywhere (version 10 & above);
3. Programming languages: C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript;
4. Coding in Appian;
5. SRE experience;
6. SQL or NoSQL;
7. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning;
8. Understanding of workflow-based logic;
9. Experience in Agile Software Development projects; and
10. Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification.
