Job Description
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have a high level of understanding and respect for confidentiality. This candidate's primary responsibilities will be to assist the Talent Acquisition Team, as well as provide other assistance where necessary.

How you will make an impact:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team:
    • post job requisitions to internal and external job sites
    • assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews
    • review resumes for qualified candidates
    • prepare and submit expense reports
    • work with staffing agencies for contract positions
    • other recruiting administrative tasks as needed
  • Support HR/Benefits team with preparing new hire materials, collecting new hire information, and accurately entering data into company and insurance databases
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements companywide (domestic and international) including candidate travel. Support accounting team with required travel documentation.
  • Coordinate and set up meals for meetings
  • Manage a high volume of e-mail correspondence
  • Sustain a high level of ownership of job responsibilities to include proactive communication and follow through
  • Proactively approach projects and responsibilities and anticipate needs whenever possible
  • Cover the front desk whenever needed
  • Other administrative duties as needed
Skills you will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Communications preferred
  • 1-year experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • 1-year experience in a customer facing role, some recruiting experience a plus (i.e resume screening, phone screening etc.)
  • Service-oriented, independent, ability to anticipate needs and apply good judgment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills:
    • Applicant Tracking System experience is preferred
    • Experience with Concur a plus
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • An interest in engineering, science and learning how things work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
