Job Description:

Administering/interpreting employee non-qualified stock option, stock-settled appreciation right, restricted stock unit,
and stock purchase plan provisions.
Maintain quality control of equity compensation record keeping system.
Processing new grants, restricted stock unit releases, and option/stock-settled appreciation right transactions.
Provide Payroll with timely and accurate stock transactions information.
Administer employee stock purchase plan activity (US & International), including purchase of shares; facilitate
qualifying and disqualifying dispositions.
Entering/processing terminations and processing employee stock purchase plan withdrawals.
Perform daily/monthly/quarterly share and option reconciliations. Provide periodic reports to Finance, HR, and
International contacts.
Preparing and distributing employee communications.
Present new hire orientation and other training classes.
Maintaining online grant package notification and Customer Service Center through E*TRADE.
Answering inquiries from company employees and other departments.
Creating and updating procedure documents.
Work with internal and external auditors and Finance team for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley
("SOX") audits of procedures and controls as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year experience in equity stock compensation
Ability to maintain confidential information
Thoroughly experienced in using E*TRADE Equity Edge platform or a comparable platforms
General knowledge of HRIS systems
Proficient in Windows including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Illustrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow through
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Equity Professional Level I designation preferred
Workday knowledge a plus
