ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen.
* Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, special, and prices of all items.
* Prepare alcohol beverage orders.
* Prepare the guest check accurately and present it before their departure.
* Perform all cash handling and room charge procedures in accordance to policies.
* Maintain communication with hosts, bartenders and Restaurant Managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales; report all issues to shift supervisor.
* Assist in seating and greeting the guests when necessary.
* Assist to clean, clear and re-set tables.
* Clean and restock service items.
* Always dress with a smile
