Who you are:

You are a creative individual who is ready to provide leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms, print, digital and info graphical. Your main role at Colliers will be to provide branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties and new business pursuits in a variety of markets. We are looking for a highly creative and positive individual to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer!

You are an enthusiastic team player who is well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution to finish in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regard to their design needs. You are able to work while under pressure and able to prioritize projects based on internal client needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.


What you bring:

  • Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, design or related

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience

  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Experience working with a style guide and brand

  • Excellent customer service, organization, and prioritization skills


Bonus skills and experience:

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices including SEO and conversion optimization

What success looks like:

  • You will design and produce visual marketing materials, including but limited to, new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects

  • You will design the elements for a successful client engagement (digital, print, interactive, etc.) and facilitate the process from start to finish

  • You will successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications

  • You will partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a client's need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process

  • You will communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (follow-through and follow-up), and meet commitments and deadlines

  • You will devise strong visual solutions for research-based information, such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables

  • You will have amiable, "can do" problem-solving abilities

  • You will be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direction/supervision
