Current Need:
We are seeking an Instrument Sales Support Administrator to join our team of specialists in Jacksonville, FL. While this is a hybrid role, our top candidate will be located in Jacksonville. Additional specialized training and special meetings are held on site.

Position Description:
The Instrument Sales Support Specialist is a position that combines sales facing, supplier management collaboration, inventory management, and order fulfillment for lab capital equipment ordering. This is not a selling role, however this position does support sales and will facilitate new lab equipment deals, coordinate installs and on-boarding for analyzer usage, follow up with manufacturers on order orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lab Instrument and Equipment Ordering - Process Lab Instrument Orders in accordance with the customer quote and/or contract. Coordinate with sales team when all required documentation is not provided. Ensure that all contracts are entered per terms of the instrument agreements and are fulfilled per the terms.

  • Salesforce/eRIP - Generate eRIPs using the data from Capital Equipment Salesforce cases. Coordinate with sales team when all required documentation and customer contact information is not provided.

  • Open Order Management - Acknowledge all purchase orders are received by the manufacturer, track install and ship dates and follow up on open orders until the customer is invoiced.

  • Customer Incentives - Track and process all financial incentives for customers including start up credits, LIS incentives, etc.

  • Research - Work with Accounts Payable and the manufacturers to resolved PO and invoice discrepancies.

  • Reporting - Send weekly reports and tracking as requested.

  • Other projects as needed.


Minimum Requirements:
0 - 2 years relevant experience

Critical Skills:

  • 1+ years experience with SFDC or other CRM experience

  • 1+ years Laboratory understanding & acumen experience

  • 1+ years experience working with GPOs

  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel- pivots and VLOOKUPS)

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Attention to Detail

  • Effective time management and multitasking skills critical

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Experience with continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions

  • JD Edwards experience preferred

Education:

HS Diploma or equivaent required

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

General Office Demands. Computer based work.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$21.03 - $35.05
