Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Utilizing your mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, you'll perform a variety of systems integration equipment and/or process operations involving an application of technical skills. The Senior Manufacturing Operations Technician interprets engineering drawings and diagrams, notifies appropriate personnel for changes needed to the engineering configuration database and maintains/revises manufacturing work instructions in electronic instruction and reporting systems.

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance functions on manufacturing equipment
  • General subject matter expertise (SME) for assigned area

Tasks/ Addtional Qualifications:

Reads and interprets blueprints, parts lists, travelers, rework instructions and process procedures to determine sequence of operations and proper assembly techniques.

Operates Windows computer to collect and store information produced. Familiarity with Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Documents and communicates technical issues, adheres to scheduling / assignment, and process times.

Provides technical and process training to Associates.

Fabricates complex hybrid microelectronics devices using computer controlled equipment. Programs and adjusts equipment.

Possess dexterity and depth perception to perform delicate manual processes while using a microscope.

Work in small team and development environment.

Preferred experience:

MIL-STD-883 / MIL-PRF-38534 requirements and testing.

Fluid Dispense, Automated Pick-and-Place (MRSI/BESI), Wire bonding (H&M)


Target salary range: USD $25.08/Hr. - USD $26.90/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
