Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Executive Admin who has experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a salaried direct onsite position at our client's site in Phoenix, AZ (85016). The salary range is 100-150k, DOE.

Job Summary:
The Senior Executive Admin will provide high-level administrative and management support and manage the other administrative work to the General Manager and assist to manage the visa policy and activities, government relations, and community relations.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration department (GM office) and is a member of senior management team of the company
  • To lead to develop the various policies and procedures of the company, especially in the general management of the company.
  • Provides high-level administrative and management support and assistance to the General Manager
  • Assist GM to set up and manage the working mechanism of the company
  • Manage the meeting arrangements, especially for the company wide, or the key weekly meetings,
  • Prepares various briefing materials, statements, reports, correspondences, corporate information and puts together presentations in both English and Chinese
  • Manages the VISA and International visitor/invitation process
  • Manage the budget for the administration office and manage the company housing, the office, and the company vehicles.
  • Arranges travel and meetings primarily for the General Manager and also for the other managers and employees, important visitors, and other individual as required
  • Schedules and attends meetings for the General Manager, taking notes and recording minutes
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
  • Lead to plans and organize parties, team-building events and related reception tasks
  • Assist GM to manage the public relations, the community and government relations.
  • Assistance on the Company website and Facebook management
  • To work closely with HQ from Asia to play a key role of communication between local company in US and the headquarters in Asia
  • Performs other duties as assigned by GM
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience in an executive assistant role
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • General management, admin, HR, Public relations and legal background and experience is preferred
  • English speaking, and Mandarin or Cantonese is strongly preferred but not required
  • Master's degree strongly preferred
