What You'll Do:

Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical models and analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from large data sets, summarizing in a way that is consumable for division leadership and the sales organization. Assist in the development of KPIs and other metrics to help sales service center and area sales managers identify effectiveness of current sales tactics. Effectively utilize CRM and other sales technologies as well as data analysis tools.

Price Optimization: Analyze pricing structures and market trends to optimize product pricing strategies. Provides key data analysis as well as actionable insights and recommendations to division and corporate management in the areas of pricing and general strategy.

Market Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry development to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and market positioning.

Sales Service Center and Divisional support: Provides support to SSC and Divisional teams in other markets as necessary.

Skills You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Construction Management, Finance or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: Three (3) + years of experience in performing analysis, preferably in construction materials or related industry. Proven experience in complex data analysis and commercial strategy optimization.

Business Insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.

Customer Focus: Building and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Collaboration: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
