Our hands-on experience is complemented by our strong emphasis on training on S/4HANA, all cloud products from SAP, and new technologies and innovation.

You Are:

A proven client adviser, excited of solving our clients' toughest business challenges with SAP technologies. You lead your clients with a strong point of view that you have constructed with your experience helping fortune 500 clients address the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their enterprises. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams and have strong communication, people and executive presence skills that help you build credibility with senior client executives.

The Work:

  • Focus on selling and delivering SAP enabled solutions and services to our Industrial clients in the following segments:(a) Industrial & Electrical Equipment, (b) Automotive & Original Equipment Suppliers, (c) Heavy Equipment Manufacturers, (d) Consumer Durables, and (e) Freight & Logistics
  • Leverage your Industrial industry knowledge and SAP functional and technical expertise to enable clients' capabilities to drive business outcomes
  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Edge Applications and/or SAP Industry Solutions for Industrial Products companies
  • Support our One Accenture strategy by collaborating across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Interactive (Song), and Operations to drive value for our clients
  • Lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA roadmaps and business case development, as well as help to drive out-of-the-box standard processers where applicable and innovate where there are differentiated capabilities required
  • Drive delivery of overall solution architecture and SAP solution design to meet your clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
  • Grow Accenture's SAP Industrial Products practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Industrial Products and Accenture SAP practice by leveraging your experience and your team's expertise
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ERP and with SAP S/4 HANA for Industrial Products and Automotive Suppliers
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations, including project planning, estimation, business case and solution architecture
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience managing teams of 15+, including offshore teams
  • Experience leading and providing Transformation/Consulting/Advisory Services (e.g., Business Case, Roadmap, Process Improvement, etc.)
  • Have led and delivered SAP S/4 roadmap initiatives helping clients pivot to the new and enable new capabilities.
  • Discrete, Repetitive, Engineer to Order, Make to Order manufacturing process experience
  • Understanding of end-to-end business process transformation (e.g., DTS, STP, RTR, OTC, PTP, etc.)
  • Experience in managing data migration strategies (e.g., Big 3 - Material, Customers, Vendors)
  • Management consulting skills such as business process mapping, KPI and PPI benchmarking, value realization, change management, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

California: $100,400 to $258,500

Colorado: $100,400 to $223,300

New York City: $116,300 to $258,500

New York - Albany: $86,500 to $206,800

Washington: $107,00 to $237,800
