As an integral member of our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) business unit, you will be at the forefront of shaping our forward-thinking business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
    Demonstrate adept project management skills by effectively juggling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are executed efficiently.
  • Initiate & prepare comprehensive and accurate environmental reports, assessments, and permit applications, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prioritize health and safety by demonstrating exemplary leadership in promoting a culture of safety throughout the team and projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development.
  • Apply your working knowledge of ground water modeling on evironmental projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure environmental compliance during project execution, overseeing the implementation of mitigation measures and best practices.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating resources and activities to meet project milestones and client expectations.
  • Be responsible for overseeing project budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies, and providing financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, offering expert guidance, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Remain up to date with state and federal regulations, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act
  • Coordinate fieldwork activities, supporting the team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience in environmental science and project management.
  • Prior experience leading or managing an environmental services team or consulting firm is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of the power market, including its regulations and complexities.
  • Demonstrated construction management oversight experience.
  • Proven ability to handle document preparation, project management, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and strong client relationship-building capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid U.S driver's license and the ability to meet company insurability requirements.
