This is a Hybrid position located in Greensboro, NC.
Job Description
Procure raw materials and packaging in timely fashion to arrive for production schedule
Ensure production, purchase orders and shipments are posted
Reconcile inventory and dispose of expired printed components appropriately
Report processor fee and production efficiencies to Leadership Team and Finance
Ensure Tolling Site is trained on Syngenta processes and are following
Troubleshoot late deliveries or shipment
Reconcile invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
Required:
SAP experience in production environment or procurement
Flexibility and ability to prioritize
Attention to detail
Preferred:
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions in the organization
Tenacity
Collaborative and outside the box thinking
Ability to work in a team setting as well as self-directive
