Digital Communications Internship

Unpaid - 20-30 hours per week

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, India, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, is seeking an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to intern with its Washington, D.C.-based Communications team. The intern may work up to approximately 30 hours per week for the duration of the internship.

The intern will help support the entire Communications department, including design, digital, publications, events, and web communications with a focus on designing publications, one-pagers, social media, web graphics and videos. The position will also work on publications displays and provide day-of event assistance.

The ideal candidate should be organized, with strong attention to detail; possess excellent computer skills and be able to work independently and complete projects quickly without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
