What you will do
Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an internship located in Green Bay, WI. This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.
How you will do it:
This intern will focus on proper project turnover and have it executed in proper sequence (hand off from sales/hand off from design/PM/tech) while ensuring each process is followed properly and helping to rectify errors when they arise.
This includes but not limited to:
Help schedule projects (call EC/customer for project time lines & help put tech in place in calendar)
Ship/track/receive parts
Labor plan based of tech calendar
Do follow up calls/emails on recently completed projects to see customer satisfaction
Fill in notes on WIP/invoice out projects
Review specs/scope to look for change orders
What we look for
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student at a technical level college/program
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
Demonstrated problem solving skills required
