Key Role:
Work with the corporate executive talent management and workforce intelligence teams on a variety of data-focused talent management and talent analytics projects. Assist with the construction of a new dashboard to support drive executive talent management processes across the firm. Assist with a variety of other projects related to talent acquisition, attrition, and performance management analytics.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with either research either academically or professionally
-Ability to exercise judgement and discretion around sensitive projects
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Rising sophomore scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in December 2021 or May or June 2022
Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of talent issues driving organizational results
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
