Job Description

Looking to break into Systems Administration as our 2019 Summer Intern? You may have just found a place at Commvault.

Commvault's data protection and information management solutions provide mid- and enterprise-level organizations worldwide with a significantly better way to get value from their data Commvault can help companies protect, access and use all of their data, anywhere and anytime, turning data into a powerful strategic asset.

We are looking for a Systems Administration Intern to join our internal team who are responsible for assisting our end-users at optimal productivity levels within our global headquarters. This is a tight-knit team that works and plays well together. You will work collaboratively with an experienced team of system engineers in a live production datacenter environment.

It's important to have a passion for technical support, attention to detail, a good sense of humor and be willing to jump at the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, all while showcasing the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will broaden their knowledge and experience with Office365 as well as enhancing their current technical skillsets.

Joining our support team means you can expect to make an impact in fact that is our people promise - the freedom to make an impact together! You will be dealing with real world live incidents and service requests in a timely and structured manner.

How will you make your mark at Commvault:

  • Office365 Migration and Integration tasks
  • Provide assistance with our helpdesk ticket queue
  • Take on any existing projects that are either active or future endeavors

The Fine Print:

  • Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (e.g. Information Technology, Networking, etc.)
  • Available May - August 2019
  • Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Some relevant experience such as relevant internships, volunteer work or classroom assignments
