Our IT Interns play a very important role here at the Ballpark by assisting our IT Department so that we can efficiently support our Associates and Operations Team!

IT Interns perform many tasks, including, but not limited to: Maintaining an understanding of POS systems and the ability to resolve technical and mechanical issues; Responding to technical support relates emails and phone calls-escalating more complex issues to the IT Manager; Troubleshooting errors on location quickly and independently; Installing, configuring and providing support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other miscellaneous devices; Performing other duties as assigned.

You must be 19 years of age or older, and be willing to work an event driven schedule- including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates that have completed or are in process of completing college level IT coursework or have practical IT experience are preferred.
